These sweet nachos make a great Halloween party treat, and are very quick and simple to make.
What You Need:
- 8 Graham crackers
- 3/4 C of milk chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 C of mini marshmallows
Instructions:
1. Preset the oven to broil and allow the broiler to preheat.
2. Break each of the crackers into four squares.
3. Place the Graham cracker pieces into a 9 inch aluminum pie plate.
4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the crackers.
5. Layer the marshmallows evenly over the chocolate chips.
6. Place the pie plate in the oven six inches from the heat source.
7. Broil 45 seconds, or until the marshmallows are lightly browned and puffy.
Be careful to keep an eye on your nachos, and check they don’t burn while under the broiler. Don’t use a glass pan, as it may be vulnerable to breaking under the heat of the broiler.
Makes 4 servings.
